At Love Pawito, we remain committed to customer satisfaction and we go the extra mile to ensure that all customers receive their items in a timely fashion. Our shipping times generally follow the shipping timeframes mentioned below.
We ship most orders within 24 Hours. We do not guarantee exact delivery times due to circumstances out of our control. As we can sometimes ship items out within 5 hours, you can can correct an incorrect address within 3 hours. If your item arrives damaged, we'll send another free of charge.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different manufacturers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different delivery times.

What happens after I place my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order. You will automatically receive your tracking number to your email once your order has been shipped out. Please kindly allow 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update.
Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?
If you have ordered multiple items from us, we may need to separate your order due to package size restrictions. In this scenario, we will send multiple tracking numbers in the tracking email so that you can track each package.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
Under our Refund Policy, we will issue a refund for your item that does not arrive after 45 days from the order date. Please be assured that we will do our best to ensure that you receive your item on time, but factors outside our control (i.e., customs clearance, protests, pandemic lockdowns) may cause delays. We seek your kind understanding during this period.

* For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* DHL & UPS Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.
* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, war, natural disaster, strike, but please be assured that we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.
* When choosing DHL expedited shipping, due to cross-border transportation, customs duties may be required, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Love Pawito has no control over these charges, nor can Love Pawito predict what they may be.
International Shipping
DHL & UPS Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses
Love Pawito is unfortunately not able to accept responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address for shipping. We are required to ship to the address that you provide to us, so please ensure that you double check the delivery address as soon as you place your order. If you request an address change, our team will work on a best efforts basis to change the address, however, we will not be able to amend the address once the item has been shipped out.
