No. It is soft PVC with a smooth, rubber-like feel. It is waterproof and easy to clean.

Which size suits a large dog?

Choose L for necks of 38 to 48 cm and XL for 45 to 60 cm. Allow two fingers of room under the strap.

How long does shipping take?
